SCAM - pretending to be from Lloyds Bank... asking to call on 01332 556003 if a standing order for £537 to NVG Life Insurance had not been set up by the recipient. Recipient has no account with LLoyds, so definitely a scam.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. I love these calls. This one was from UK Times. On a previous occasion they asked for me by my real name. I said I had passed on (take that as you wish) and I gave them a fictitious name which they used this time. I answered all the questions and now hope to receive phone calls from all the sponsors which I can then report to the Information Commissioner s Office. As the call was from overseas the TPS has absolutely no control over these kinds of callers.
