i was rung and told it was BT and that there had been some suspicious activity on our internet recently. I was asked to google Anydesk which I know is a method whereby a person can remotely access your laptop. No way. I put the phone down.

I HAVE NOT had an accident !! Obvious fraud scam. I will also report this to the Action Fraud helpline.
