English male knew my name. Claimed that he understood I had had government sponsored fibreglass loft insulation put in several years ago and wanted me to know that it was considered dangerous. To me, fibreglass is fibreglass and I cannot see the government allowing illegal or dangerous fibreglass to be installed in millions of homes without approaching us first, probably initially by letter. Always press 9 to remove from caller list but keeps phoning. When I connected I asked 11 times to be removed from their database they just kept asking why I didn t want the money I m owed. Asked to speak to supervisor told he was a supervisor, this needs reporting to ofcom.

They re following up a request for info I made.
