I have never heard of a bank that calls a person without the person calling forst so it is obviously a scam. Not sure how they scam, but I have blocked this caller now and it will be blocked forever. Just be aware and check your passwords etc on your bank details.

When challenged with questions such as “what bank is calling me?” The person was unable to answer and ultimately terminated the call. Pure Scam. Seller pretend to be a assistant of one of the China stores on Aliexpress. He arrange to take the first payment for the items you want to purchase then he requests hiden customs charges for the shipment and even if you pay them it wont change that you never get your goods delivered
