I answered the first call. A guy with a heavy Indian accent began to describe a job opportunity before my mobile signal was lost. The same number has called me twice a day for the last 3 days. I ignored the calls and no message was left. Any reputable agency would leave a voicemail.

I called them they said they will need to take me through the process of cancellation which involved me being on the computer to fill in the cancellation form. However when I started the process I immediately suspected it was scam and called them out for being scammer. At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.

Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone.
This is a really great computer training company; they come to your house, and help you with anything you need help learning how to use, and also how to find out how to use something yourself. Really great and I will use them again, Adam is the best trainer, he has a computer Sciences degree so he knew his stuff, he had such a good way of describing it to me, and once I got it, everything started falling into place. 10/10 and highly recommended.
