Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Call center SCAM Calling from O2 apparently, to give compensation for the bad signal quality. I agreed up until they said they would pass me onto their supervisor to get the compensation in progress. Call was from abroad. Not sure if this is a scam or not.
