I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. I keep receiving multiple calls from this number as well as other local area code numbers on both my landline and mobile. No messages are left and when I did pick up once, they hung up. I am presuming it s a telemarketer.
