This person claimed to be my child who had smashed their phone and wanted me to WhatsApp this number, which I didn’t do. They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer.
