If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. SCAM call, advising an "arrest warrant has been issued for tax evasion by HMRC. Press 1 to speak to an advisor". So obviously a scam call, pressing 1 to speak to someone (!) puts you in a call queue for 1 minute before they hang up at their end. Number going straight onto the black list !
