SPAM said Carphone warehouse - NOT CARPHONE WAREHOUSE just another scam by foreign nationals.
This caller left a recorded message to say "to find out more about this case before we proceed to legal action press 1". If you press 1 you just get a repeat of the message. For the elderly like me this is quite frightening.
Got a call off this number saying they work for council repair team and they say av got alot of repairs to be done and to be honest I don't live a a council house it's private, he put phone done. Then within 30 mims later rang again and said they are debt collectors so I told him to make his mind up what he wants to be and get a proper job. A#$&holes them

She is a divorcee and will go to any length to get what she wants. She is on various dating apps and will use any means to prey on men. She takes money and gifts in exchange. Received a number of calls from this company claiming to be working with Convention Experts for a Show they didn’t know the name of and had the wrong company name. When asked who provided them our details they wasn’t able to answer. Just scam artists!!!

The call was from a VISA fraud checking unit. However the number was the fax number for a garage in Penkridge, Stafford that closed down some time ago. Clearly scammers have cloned the number.

Answered the call and heard an automated voice claiming that HMRC would be initiating legal proceedings against me. Terminated the call before they got any further. Very dodgy.
Pretended to be from Starling Bank and asked me to confirm a very large online payment. When I refused he became abusive. Sounded quite credible initially and from a well spoken English accent.

When answered 10:52 on 29/04/2023 all I heard was a buzzing sound, I did not recognise the number and put it down straight away
