The actual number displayed on my phone was 012826230518252 which has too many digits, dialling back gets nowhere as when reaching no 1 I get the bleeps and number dialled incorrectly.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036345xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance claims, PPI, accident chasers, financial services (loans). Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
