sneaky calls from sky, so underhand i am changing to virgin.

This numer call me and I just want know who is this

Didn t answer as caller id showed up as international .... dodgy / hoax of some sort

My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. Since neither of them are in great physical form, it is extremely worrying that these nuisance calls are causing them great discomfort. What can be done about it?

I have been receiving unsolicited SMS messages saying I have a loan agreed, just click the "short link"( = untraceable link). I have never asked for any loan. seems to be part of a campaign of similar "come on s" which seem to origionate from FFLoans, note I say seems to, not does

The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

Text received: URGENT: Our records indicate that you may be entitled to 3450 pounds for the accident you had. To apply for free reply YES to this message. To optout text STOP ------------------------------------- I did not reply to it and have not had any accident.

I blocked calls some months ago but they keep trying sometimes 5 times in an hour
