My bitcoin was stolen by an investment company on Telegram. Life became so frustrating to the extent I fall sick and spent some days in the hospital. I can’t imagine a single mother like me losing $42k just like that. I went to a local police station and made a report still nothing was done. I did all I could do within my powers to recover my lost funds but all was in vain. I nearly give up. All I did was started looking for help both on internet, friends and work colleagues. They called and said they were from BT about my broadband and whether it was working ok. I said I didn t know as I d only just got home, and they hung up. When I called back the number was unknown.

I was kept updated along the way, very pleased with my outcome, the award paid for a luxury family holiday and more! Thank you Action Direct, I can definitely recommend.

Knew my surname and said they were calling from a wine company. I had previously filled out a survey saying liked red wine. Advised them I was not interested. Female caller was very polite through out conversation
