This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)

They are a PPI company, I work for a different PPI company and these people give the industry a bad name. The agent I spoke to was rude and when I asked for my number to be taken off their list she said it was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he could take my number off the list,but before he did he tried to push again for me to sign up to them. Block their number if you can or report them to the FCA or the Legal Ombudsman.
