Indian man said he was calling from "England Claim Services" in Manchester. He addressed me by a bogus name I had given to a previous unsolicited caller. When asked he said the address was 96 Devon Road LU2 0RU which is in Luton. He gave me a contact number of 01624643245. He said I am entitled to a PPI payment of ?1826 but due to admin fees and taxes the actual amount I get is only ?720. However if I take out an insurance policy I would save the fees and taxes. Ok - enough complaining already! How can we stop them in their tracks - have just had a six month run in with them.... Report them to the Legal Ombudsman & if you paid by credit card get your provider on to them... I got a partial refund because I did both! Even though I have come out of this without loosing I will not stop complaining until companies house removes them from their site or perhaps - even better - they are taken to court & have to pay back all the misguided folk who believed their spin!
