I ordered from Ideal World. Day after this calls, trying to sell things. I had three calls from them in one day. I ended up this morning after getting another call I was not the person they were asking for. Then asked them to remove my number and stop calling me.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I ve had numerous calls from these people saying they are from my bank and even named the street i live on i ve reported them to my Bank and unfortunately they re nothing they can do.

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. I believe they received this information from "Compare the Market" and not my insurer.
