Automated Scottish female voice left a message quoting a reference number and telephone number to call back. The company was called Zinc, which I m assuming is a debt collection company or someone attempting to steal my personal information, seeing as I have no debt.

Haven t answered as I don t recognise the number but they have rang me at least 8 times in the last 9 hours.

received letter saying had won ?825,000.00 and to ring this number. Did not ring as letter said a "processing fee" had to be paid in order to get "winnings". SCAM. Sent letter back in their envelope telling them to "f**k off".

Sales scam

Caller phoned concerning a false car accident. The number blocks return calls.

keeps ringing but when i answer they hang up...

The caller said a new store was being set up in the town and they wanted to send me discount vouchers for either cutting hot water bill or heating bill. When I asked about for more information he mentioned something about the 50+ age range. I told him we are ex-directory so how did he get the number. He said something about UK database and I said I didn t deal with cold calls and he rang off.

Calls constantly either rings once or twice and hangs up or if u are fortunate to catch the call hangs up as soon as u answer !

They called me and asked me if I want a loan for £1000 which apparently be with in my acoumt in 48 working hours and then they asked , e to pay them £ 40 from my account and isaid that I dont have any in my account then he asked me if I can ask freinds and family to use thier card and I aaid no and then I asked them to give him full address which he had provided and a phone nummberthen I had auspected o203 nummber might be a scam. This number rang didn't leave a message. Tried to answer but they hung up.

They have been calling a lot these past few days, but when I answer they always hang up. My guess is that they try to trick you into calling them back, otherwise I can t explain what s the use of harassing people like that?!
