Dangerous, claimed to be enquiring about an non-existent pension scheme, and wanted details to update their records, e.g. Bank Details, National Insurance No, and existing pension plans
It rang me multiple times within minutes but then just hangs up. when you call the number back the IVR crackles and it only gives you 2 options to speak to someone of to press 9 to remove your number from their call lists. I choose the 2nd option and then minutes later they rang me again.

Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. When I answer, it rings another number so I cut it off before that one was answered. I can only imagine this works as a reverse charge call because effectively you end up calling them.
