Once they have your credit card details they will take all the money that they can get away with. There are other variations on this to get your credit/debit card details.

Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. This number was another used by the crooks to call today - probably to tell me my internet was about to be cut off, or that a fault had been found. I did not answer. These people are dangerous, a threat to those who follow their instructions. Obviously there must be victims who fall into such traps.
