Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
