If you answer "hello" or "anything else", the line will be logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll get called back later by a con-artist! Don't know who it is, but they rang off as soon as I answered. Possibly a wrong number, but interesting that others have reported being called from it as well.
Most likely a scam - claiming to be Jenny from Virgin Media Technical Dept but I'm not a Virgin Media customer.
Silent call - call was local to us and no-one responded when I answered the phone. On calling back, I got the 'Whoops, you may want to try that number again' message. Have had this from a Leeds number recently - suspect scam.

The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.
