They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. Automated call stating that an official letter from HMRC tax is on route to me and legal action is being taken. Asks you to press 1 to speak to an official representative. Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!
A lady calling herself ROSE WATSON rang us on 30.08.22 at around 9am She said she was ringing on behalf of BT claiming ALL my internet details were freely available AND i needed add some of LONG CODE NUMBER She was VERY persistent She called us THREE times One could easily be duped by her !apparent genuineness"

Called on Bank Holiday monday 19/9/22 mid afternoon, I did not answer as they rang my private mobile, phone only rang three times then stopped. Do not recognise number, googled tel. no. but nothing found.

Yet another scam call from someone with my details. I asked how she'd got the details and she said "from a database". I asked which database and she said "her job was only to offer an extension to my washing machine guarantee". As I have no such thing anyway, it was easy to know it was a scam. Someone called my landline on this number about 0815 this morning and it woke me up! No message left. It is a similar number to a couple of calls I have received this week. The previous callers claimed to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my broadband connection - which there isn’t and I told them so. It is likely a scam to get you to give information so they can hack into your system.
SCAM texted me as follows: "hello mum hope you're okay, I've dropped and smashed my phone by mistake pls give me a msg on my temporary number 07904347840". My child was next to me without a phone when I got this text!!!
