Some man claiming that he was calling me about government funded roof installation that I had had installed (which I haven't). Could have been a genuine mistake but, when I said that he must have made a mistake, he rang off without another word, so I suspect that this was some sort of scam call.

This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don t give me that all you had to say was yes or no. SCAM / SPAM When answered phone, a recorded message began. It got as far as the word "Amazon" and I hung up. Probably the Amazon Prime scam doing the rounds again! I really wish there was some way for the government or telephone companies to stop people making all of these scam calls. I block the numbers but they must use lots of other ones as every time I try to search a number it hasn't previously been reported.
