I wished to report 01304832189 I answered call it was a recorded message reporting that there were some suspicious withdrawals from my account £500 then £7000 they wanted me to press 1 to let it stand press 2 to speak to an operator. Obviously a hoax call so I put phone downq

Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone.

SCAM purportedly from your bank stating that the fraud department has noticed two fraudulent transactions on your account, the first from Amazon in the sum of £700 didn’t need to listen to the second one. My bank do not use a Manchester address and certainly wouldn’t use a pre recorded message.BEWARE

got a message from this number and what it is associated with i do not use. This is not the first time i am receiving a message statinf it is from a particular bank, i have been informed that it is a scam and it has been reported for fraud investigations.

Fraud - I think? This number rang my home landline (I couldn't reach it, I'm disabled). - I did 1471 + 3 - the number was dead. Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This number doesn't ring when dialed on landline or my mobile, (but rang me a good 1/2 minutes)? I checked & checked it again. - How's it possible? - Obviously some kind of "con", "scam" ?!

SCAM- said I had been in a road traffic accident when I asked where they had got my details from they asked me to wait and someone else came on the phone. They told me the same. I asked where they had got this information from and they asked my why I needed to know. They refused to tell me and when I asked what details they held about me they put the phone down. Have never given out my number to anyone I don t know but since using comparison websites for home insurance these calls are coming several times I day. Different companies but keep having to block them.

Birkhill underwriters called asking for my dad, asking if he had been in an accident. Wouldn t tell me where he got my details but told me he would remove them from their database. I don t normally answer numbers I don t know but did this one as the dialling code is from my town and could have been my work. Number now blocked.

Scammers have found yet another number to use. This one told me that the cover on my washing machine had expired - I have no such insurance, warranty or guarantee. Caller had my name and address despite being registered with TPS. Another crook and clearly a scam.
Gentleman called Nathan, helped me with my electricity and gas contracts for my business, saved me a lot of money on my renewals. highly recommend !!

Person called asking me what knickers I was wearing. They were breathing quite heavily so I assumed they had a cold. Anyway, I told them I don't wear any knickers. I then heard some grunting noises and shortly after the caller hung up. Very strange. Never mind, I hope they get well soon! X
