This Watford number called me today, I don't answer numbers I don't know due to number of unsolicited calls I receive. Went to voice mail and message was complete silence, my voice mail message informs callers that I block unknown numbers who don't leave a message so another one is added to the lengthening list. Why can't OFFCOM do something about this increasing nuisance?

As per above we too received a very official letter addressed to our business supposedly from Commercial Director Business Banking ,Gillingham.
