Computer assisted agent asked about a car accident, kept asking about accidents and someone hitting my car. In the end I said I had an accident last night and was transferred to a real person. He just kept saying "Hello", probably because I muted the call :)

It is a number for Waste Managed Ltd. They used to be Cheaperwaste Ltd. Terrible waste brokers in Newcastle. One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.

Just had a call to my landline from this number, saying it was a survey about loft installation and asking me to confirm a few details , which I refused to do, and then he said its nothing to worry about, I said I wasn't worried about anything otherwise it would be me ringing up someone, not them ringing me.
