Constant calls late at night from a debt collection company for a debt that s not mine. Called at least 20 time, aggressive and abusive people who don t believe a word you say. Reported them

1 call from this. no. on 27/1/15, ignored it. 2 further calls on 28/1/15, ignored them. A call this am 29/1/15 - I answered. Polite British accented woman responded, informing me she was from some hearing company - she knew my name and asked me if I had ever worked in an industry that involved loud noise. I responded saying that I have never worked in an environment that affected my hearing. She then asked what industry I have worked in. Nnswered straight away but could hear a call centre in the background, then a heavily Indian accented man calling himself George came on the line. I hung up .

This number is persistently calling. As with a previous comment i object to strangers using my christian name. I've had three calls since i asked them not to ring yesterday

They called my mobile and left a message for me to phone with meter readings (even though I sumitted them on-line in last 30 days). They get paid for each reading, without them collecting it. So my energy provider has increased costs(passed onto the customer) to receive something they already have. I ll save costs for me and my provider by submitting on-line.
