Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

As this email was directly from PayPal, i checked my account and the request for payment was actually true, however the message on the request is false and the number is fake.
