He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. A call waa made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.

Prerecorded message alleging to be from a bank - 2 transactions were highlighted as 1. a payment of £300 to Amazon and 2. a payment exceeding £1000 to an overseas destination. Options were offered which were ignored and the call was terminated by the recipient. An effort was made to call the number from both landline and mobile where an answer was given “it has not been possible to connect your call” and “the number you have dialled is incorrect”, respectively. These people should be sent to Siberia.
