Despicable company. Called me at exactly 11 am today when the minute s silence for Manchester outrage was starting. I asked Kirsty - the operative who called - if she knew what time it was and she put the phone down. Someone must know who this outfit is so we can name and shame?
Recorded call from 01482 354886 saying money had been taken from my card ,also international money order for £400, and to contact by pressing one for help , just another scam call
Company claiming they had my details from an accident I had had and got stroppy when I kept telling them they had wrong number. Tried to claim it was right number so must be someone else in my "household" who had reported an accident. The number is a business phone solely for my use so they were just talking rubbish.

It claims to be "EVRI", wanting to reschedule a parcel delivery... I'm not expecting any parcel, so I'm sure it's just another one of the vast amount of scams that are going around. Apparently it's an O2 network mobile number "(+447759916871)", in the Manchester area. Smart Alec who lies, saying he spoke to another member of staff last week who didn t know much (back handed compliment) Trying to sell I.T. programs and associated bits. Just mention the Telephone Preference Scheme and the half million pounds fine if he continues. It works.

This Indian sounding gentleman says he works for the Ministry of Justice in London & is the senior accounts manager working with a company called money saving expert to recover PPI insurances on loans & mortgages. For an up front cash fee(?290 or ?615) payable via Western Union, to India, he will arrange transfer of funds to you which amount to 10 s of thousands of pounds. Once the cash fee is paid another Indian sounding gentleman phones to get the Western Union transfer number(MCTN)& tells you everything

I keep getting incessant calls asking for Mr Dobson, I am ex directory so how are you getting my phone number ?
This number is ao.com. They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.
