Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Computerized voice claiming to be international police and asking you to press a number to get more information. Is a gotcha!
I called back this number and it said it was a unrecognised number so seems like a scam. It was on my work number so its annoying as you think you missed a important call.

Fraud. Pretending to call from HMRC. Didn't know my name. Told them if they're calling from HMRC the least they should know is my name. Call was supposedly from Liverpool too, not a Liverpudlian accent to be heard.
I was told they will call me back as at work and urgent they speak or i'd be reported (wouldn't say who), blocked number. SCAM

This is a Bedford number so it will be the scammers at J Talk pretending to be your BT manager. Somehow got my personal mobile number but when told the time of day he rang the company number immediately. BT, how do these people obtain private details, someone must be passing them on?

They have blocked the employer from withdrawing and also the group Whatsapp which is suspected to be a fraudulent platform.
