An Indian voice, named James !, confirmed my details claiming to be from the Telephone Preference Service and asked if I was still getting unwanted calls. I confirmed that I still get these and he informed me that I needed to update my details with them as it was about to expire. He then asked if I paid by direct debit - at this point I realised this to be a scam and ended the call.

Reported elsewhere as a scam.

Have called me a couple of times in last few days. Left no message.

apparently from Royal Mail looking for me to pay delivery costs via a link but I have not ordered anything.

asking me personal questions about an accident over a year ago. purported to be instructed by my insurers. asking personal questions. i firmly asked twice who they were and why they were calling. caller clearly panicked at this and hung up.

Super Alliance Solutions. Uses totally unsolicited calling using UK numbers and a robo caller with a generic South of England accent which identifies itself as "Ava Lawson". Next time, if someone asks who I am, I ll ask who they are before hanging up.
