It seems these companies are only doing there targets, As the customer says yes (with OVR function) they just deduct the amount from your account Debit/Credit Card. The biggest fool part is that they are not with there words and for this they have to pay now. At this point when you want to talk again to them and call on those numbers it says number u dialed is not valid . It sucks now what to do i am really irritated. This is a "computer access" scam - American/foreign accent wanting direct access and saying your computer is causing problems - just tell them to **** *** and hang up!

Continuous calls from this number saying they do all of BT Renewals! I have an online account with BT and direct access to BT, and any changes or renewals to my accounts are dealt with direct, so why are they bothering me? I have told them to stop or I will make a formal complaint.

kept ringing, hung up. its a computer calling many homes at once, and when you pick up, if they have staff available they will talk. if no staff, the call hangs up and calls another 100+ homes. very annoying. if not a scam, probably selling junk or ppi that you wouldnt have bought otherwise. AVOID
