They ring at least 3 times a day regarding ppi. Pressing 5 DOES NOT remove you from their list. Nor does pressing 9 and speaking to the knobber who answers because as soon as you try to explain that you don t want them to keep calling they hang up on you. They called me yesterday claiming that I was in debt to E-on for some old bill. Found it very strange as all utilities companies have the duty to write to you before sending in the "dogs". I refuse to pay and told the guy that I would call E-on first, he said would send me an email with bank details to allow me to make an internet payment (never received). When I call E-on was informed that I wasn't owing anything and all bills were up to date. IF THEY ASK YOU TO PAY, REFUSE AND HUNG-UP!!!
