I m being inundated with nuisance calls, mainly international or weird numbers. Most hang up if you can t get to the phone within second. My trick, grab the phone, put it by radio or tv, you note they don t hang up then. THEN TURN THE VOL UP. If it deafens them hard luck!!

I was called from this number several times on Sunday 11th Aug 2013, they claimed to be Lloyds TSB and wanted me to phone back regarding fraud on my account.

Company called something generic-sounding like "UK Data" (can t remember the exact name) asked to speak to my husband saying he may be eligible for compensation "from his earlier work in industry". When I said I knew he has never worked "in industry" and asked what job they were referring to, he got quite arsey and aggressive. Someone called said something along the line of Pearl Helplines or something similar, I blocked the number it's the 4/5th time they've rang.

This number has just called me twice, saying he was from Talktalk (though clearly not), worryingly he knew my address, but I told him to stop talking rubbish and to f off, so he immediately rang again, though this time I cut the call without answering
