This is a unwanted one way incoming call, From a debt collector named CSL Credit Security Limited. They call you even if you don?t have any debts. They don?t leave a voicemail and when you call back it?s just a beeping tone. Also they call you on your Viber app at the same time.

Had a call from an Indian chap asking to speak to a woman I ve never heard of so I indulged him to try and find out what he was calling for. He said they were a debt consolidation company so I asked who was financially backing them. He said he couldn t tell me so I advised him that the information should be public knowledge and available from Companies House. For once, an unknown number that is actually legit. It was a call from Thames Water. I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number but the voice message was genuine with specific details (including the correct address) about a drainage issue I d discussed with them earlier. Genuine call.
