Received the text today ! Received on the 26th Dec and referred to 24th Dec. The exact message as above “Attempted Delivery”. This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19042110xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with robocalls, fake wins, robo surveys. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
