Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. Left a message on my answer phone which was difficult to understand but appeared to be about an address for parcel delivery. They never said who they were or asked if I was the person they were trying to contact and further investigation showed that calls to this number cost 16p a minute from a landline plus a setup fee of 23p.
