Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. Alleged call from 'customer services' asking me a bucket load of questions, when I asked what the purpose of the call was they got really shirty and said I needed to let them explain, I asked them to call me later as I was trying to sort my kids out and they just hung up.
