If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. A very suspect call. Phone rang and after a few seconds of silence the call terminated. I would never try to phone back in case of the call-back scam which can put you through to a premium number which makes massive charges. This kind of call, even if a genuine cold call, can be very worrying to some people and I abhorr the method.

Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. Call to my mobile. Didn't recognise the number (but similar to my mobile) so didn't answer even though it rang for a long time. No message or follow up call or text.
Picked up call. Remains silent put phone down.
Received a 39 second audio file via whatsapp from this number on 8.1.23 at 1108 hrs. Nothing played. This was quickly followed by a whatsapp message at 1108 hrs just giving a UK postcode PO17 6HT. Be wary - just incase.

Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way.
