SPAM - unsolicited call (which I missed). Called back, but only got dead number tone.

I have had several calls on my mobile at least three times a day from this number which I refuse to answer. If I don t know who it is and they don t leave a message, then why would I want to speak to them. Very annoying, wish they would just leave everyone alone.

Lady with asian accent cold called and had details of address. Wanted to sell us boiler cover and that we were paying too much with our previous provider, could not provide us with details of who we currently have boiler cover (we dont have any which gives the game away) although played along for a while for a laugh. Claimed the company was in Crawley and called Utility Care. She hung up. Searches on internet cannot find this company, most likely a scam to get bank details.

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. I have today insisted on speaking with a supervisor and informed them that I will treat any further calls from their number as nuisance and causing harm! Informed them that I will sue for harm should I ever receive a call again! Informed the supervisor - who informed me that they were recording the conversation - that was good as I would be relying upon that as part of my evidence should they ever call me again. Now too wait and see if they do remove my number

Sales woman called and said she wanted to speak to the director and give us quotes for energy providers. I told her 'the managing director would not be interested in her call but thank you' and then put the phone down as we do not take cold calls. She rang straight back and spoke to another colleague saying that I was rude to hang up on her!
