They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !

First Stop solutions phoned me yet again .... automated message saying "please hold on, I'll connect you" ..... why do they think I want to waste time and hold on...

I ve been getting calls from this number for a few weeks. Every time I pick up, there is nobody on the line.

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. Called today at 3.15 and yesterday too. I let both go to answerphone but no message left of course. How can they keep doing this and interrupting people but nothing done about it.

Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.
