Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

Had a Messenger response from someone who called himself Gary then Gaz in response to Facebook Market Place advert. Further message asked me to message him on 07984645686 as his iPad was playing up. I replied that I did not have my phone and could only use Messenger. He sent 3 further messages without any problem finally saying that he would call and collect the item next Tuesday and pay cash, and what is my address. I ended the conversation there.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. Asked me for "Final Payment" on a "contract" (non-existent) for maintaining domestic appliances, saying it was due today, and that a paper receipt would be sent to my hone address, which the caller asked me to verify. When I said the address was correct, I also said he should have sent an invoice earlier, but he then immediately hung up.

If the 'owener' wants to take me to court - FINE... lets go.

This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product.
