01872365973 called with a "This is a bank secirity message" that I have heard before, trying to elicit details of account s for purposes of fraud. Blocked the number.

nothing was said so presume it was a scam i hung up

claimed to be from the bank informing me there were 2 transactions made on my card and to press 1 to confirm. I obviously didn't !!

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Scam pretending to be Three mobiles - rude and abusive when I confirmed that I am currently taking Three to court for their poor service, so I know that they would not be marketing me.

It claims to be from my bank saying someone is trying to take a large amount out of my account. I have checked my account and can't see anything wrong with it. It was also an automated service, so |I do not believe it.

SCAM!! Number probably cloned. Automated voice message said my Amazon Prime subscription had expired (I don't have a Prime subscription) and they had automatically deducted my next year subscription. I had to press a number to cancel payment. Do these morons really think people are still falling for this crap? Just hang up.

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. Be mindful if you receive a meme or messages via WhatsApp from him, suggest you delete it straight away and block him. In addition, if you receive a message/meme from a contact in your phone that they normal would not send delete it. Indian man with bad English claiming he was from Windows security, he said my IP address was causing problems told me to write a number down so played along then he said my surname I then asked who is this person he then said my name and address I said I do not know this and that is not me he then hung up. not suer who he got the details from but will report it.

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!
