Asked for bank details claiming to be from a company I work for. I know this number is not related to the company and they are horrified this has happened.

Received a call from this number, answered but no-one spoke. Decided to stay on the line to see what happened. Complete silence for about 30 seconds then the line went dead. When I 1471 d I got the number 0161 918 0023. On calling the number, I am informed that "This number is temporarily out of order"! Can someone please explain to me the legality of this? Hi I was called on this number and on answering to my name the caller hung up. On calling the number the name Jean Christoph was mentioned in the voice mail message - very strange. I would like to know more as you are normally able to trace say cold calls from financial services.

Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.
