Ridiculous obviously declined and asked them to write instead they haven t, not suprised. Do not hand your details over the phone ask them to write to you and remove your contact number from their system.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. Have started calling me at least twice a day for about two weeks- they do not leave a message. If they didn t keep ringing when I am at work (and can not answer) I would answer and know who they are. Not ringing back incase it s one of those expensive calls.

Caller rang, but hung up after a brief ring. I am presuming it s a scammer hoping I will call back.
