this no called 3 times this morning . it s obviously not a proper no. very annoying!

Claim to be O2 calling about a free SIM we d won. O2 said it isn t one of their numbers.

Caller rang my home and my husband answered, the caller asked for me by full name then when told I wasn t home he abruptly ended the call and hung up. Who are these people is it a scam?

Caller: "Hello is that Mr-----?" (they had the correct name) Me: "Yes?" Caller: "I m ringing from a company called Quadrangle and we are doing some research..." Me: -CLICK!- Get a panasonic home phone, you can add numbers like this to the blocked list and the phones won t even ring - Bliss!

spam - accident claim

1 call from this. no. on 27/1/15, ignored it. 2 further calls on 28/1/15, ignored them. A call this am 29/1/15 - I answered. Polite British accented woman responded, informing me she was from some hearing company - she knew my name and asked me if I had ever worked in an industry that involved loud noise. I responded saying that I have never worked in an environment that affected my hearing. She then asked what industry I have worked in. Got two calls from this number today. Firs - hunged up, sencond, I was called by name and a girl hunged up.

Asking for Teresa Davidson. The same as half a dozen other companies with a variety of numbers.

Super Alliance Solutions. Uses totally unsolicited calling using UK numbers and a robo caller with a generic South of England accent which identifies itself as "Ava Lawson". "Ava" asks about the accident you had; If you respond with "yes" it puts you through to a "supervisor" who is always working in an Indian call centre with the associated strong accent who has a hilariously unrealistic name like "Dave" or "Steve".
