So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

I tried a few times to ring back this number as I got a missed call but without any success... why do they can call me and I can not call them back ???

This person asked to speak to me - I asked who was calling & she put the phone down - I called back using 141 & the number is now unavailable - Very strange

I keep getting calls from 0179211844/5/6/7 & concidentally I am on o2 as well. When I called back got recorded message stating that it was a marketing call, not to worry & they or may not call me back....hopefully NOT!

Caller with Indian accent that was difficult to understand asking if daughter had been involved in an accident. Explained we were with telephone preference service and asked for their number. Number given was( 0151) 3249961 but last number redial showed it was (0151) 3204455. I regularly get calls from this number. It s mostly an Indian sounding woman on the phone who either tells me that she is calling for the victim, because I should have caused an accident or she tells me that my computer was broken.

Person said they were ringing about the number of nuisance calls I’ve been receiving, I told him 3 times I hadn’t been receiving any (except for for him) he then hung up.
