This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. the caller ID on my mobile said 'Design AV Europe' I have no idea who they are or why they would be calling me. I have hearing problems so don't answer calls I don't know. They never left a message. When I checked the name online it came up as a company in Cheltenham over 120 miles away from me.

I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. Fraudulent txt. I was expecting a parcel delivery and received a txt from this number asking for my name, postcode and date of birth. It then asked for my debit card details, this request made me suspicious so obviously I didn't continue. My usual delivery man has just delivered my parcel and confirmed this would have been a fraudulent txt. Please do be careful, this txt seemed legitimate.
