Occasional evening calls with either silence or the sound of background chatter. Voices sound retarded to be honest......just need an address so I can live up to my name.

saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

Three possibilities : they bought the number for their business from a telecoms provider, they hijacked it from a genuine user, or they spoofed it.

I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. Was calling, had all the wrong details about me, was after another name, but then decided they d try with their spiel anyway. Not sure if it s genuine or not, but was trying to get me interested in smart meters for my gas/electric. I told them I was on direct debit and that swiftly ended the call.
missed call from what his voice mail says is, Nicolas but happened at same time WhatsApp msg about a 'large KFC order' and I had to 'pay by 3pm' with a weird clipboard write up of a £500+ order, no idea who would want that much sanky ass KFC, I received it just before 6 so no doubt someone is going hungry, told them they had the wrong number I am assuming they are linked

Online search indicates that, back in 2017, it was one of many numbers for the DVLA.
Automated call Recorded voice telling me I had made an international money transfer from one of my bank cards. This is the second call telling me this today, the first was from 01482354676. Exactly the same message and voice. Usual instructions to press phone buttons to approve or cancel payment etc. Number added to blocked calls list and to BT black list. These calls are dangerous.
Told me to not talk to my solicitor or anybody else about the call. Called me after posting an ad on Gumtree. Used my name and car model from the ad and asked about an accident.
